U.S. BASED COMPANY

Why is that important? For starters, we live and breathe the same U.S. laws that govern interstate commerce. This by itself binds us to be accountable for our actions.

Being an American company is a badge of honor that we wear with pride; it is what really differentiate us from our competitors – namely Chinese factories who are soliciting U.S. buyers directly.

We don’t think there’s anything wrong with customers who want to save some money – everybody loves to save a buck or two (or more). After all, our business model depends on customers wanting to save money. The line in the sand here is how the customer is saving that money, and especially if something should go wrong. If directly with a Chinese supplier, there’s no accountability, customer is automatically screwed. With us, an American company, we have to be diligent and vigilant in what we do and provide the accountability that our customers can come to rely on.
